Purchased 2 of this model through Amazon. Both were shipped separately. The first one arrived on 7/3 missing the mounting hardware (springs and clips). I submitted a request for the hardware through their website. Annette got back to me the next day as well as their Quality Assurance Manager. I sent her my shipping address and the hardware arrived in 3 days. Excellent product support. The SA10-00 was easily installed and a perfect fit. I highly recommend their products.
